DINNERWARE
The fashion forward house of Sasaki is a maker of tableware, including ceramic porcelain dishware, stainless steel cutlery, crystal and glass drinkware and decorative objects. The position in the marketplace is one of unprecedented and original modern styles at popular price points. All of the products are designed by independent designers, such as: Phillipe Starck, Andree Putnam, Masimo Vignelli and Ward Bennett. Sasaki also works with an extensive group of younger designers, like Paula Zanger and Amy Clavelli.

"Paula Zanger walks the delicate line between fine and applied arts with extraordinary agility. Ms. Zanger seems to have the unusual ability to bring forth exceptional new beauty from very old processes while maintaining an understandable aesthetic rooted in our abstract cultural experience.
Charles Gallagher, SASAKI former Vice President of, Marketing & Product.
Zangers transition from textiles to table top has been a wild success. Her previous china lines for SASAKI, Palazzo and Beaux, revolutionized the table top industry by defining casual dining as a lifestyle. The popular media has used Palazzo in television commercials to promote household names, such as, Maxwell House Coffee, Campbells Soup and Transmedia.
